Shipping Policy
We have shipped your order with the necessary care and attention. Sometimes you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you want to return something, please follow the steps below
• STEP 1 Log into your account.
Go to My Orders and click on the last order placed.
Here you can register the return. Indicate what you want to return with the return notification. Don't have an account with us?
Write on the packing slip provided which item you wish to return.
Place the packing slip in the return package If you want to order a different item or size, place a new order so you can be sure it's still available.
Continue to step 3.
• STEP 2
Store the items neatly in their packaging intact and unworn. We appreciate when we get the items back the same way you received them. This means that all tickets are attached and well packed in their original packaging. We cannot return items if we suspect they have been used.

• STEP 3
Cut out the return address on the packing slip and note the order number on the packing slip and paste it on the old address sticker on the return package.
• STEP 4
Take the return package to the nearest post office to have it stamped and then delivered. The costs of this are for your account. Keep your post office receipt well. Contains the Track & Trace code with which you can track the package and see if it has arrived in good condition.
• In process Once the return package has been approved by our returns department, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We will then make the refund as soon as possible.
Are you curious about where your return package is in the meantime? With the Track & Trace code you received from the post office you can view the current status of your return.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can cancel and return your order up to 7 days after receipt without giving any reason.
The easiest way to return your items is to follow the steps above.
We will then refund the full amount of the order. The costs for sending the return package to TANKKD are your responsibility.
TANKKD is not responsible for the loss or damage of a returned package.
We therefore recommend that you send the return package by registered mail.
When we have received and processed the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
We strive to process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt.
After that, we will refund the refund amount to your account as soon as possible.
The goal is to get your refund within 7 business days of processing your return.
In any case, the refund will take place within the legal term of 30 days.
Have you received a damaged product or a complaint about a product? These items cannot be sent as a normal return package, but must be reported to customer service via patrizio.beltrami@me.com
